Elizabeth Anderson Alford, CPA
Elizabeth Alford is a partner at Alford & Alford, Certified Public Accountants, PC specializing in the professional accounting needs of Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) corporations. She has ten years of public accounting experience which includes extensive work in the areas of attestation and tax services as well as industry specific engagements for community associations. As an industry expert, Elizabeth has published articles and is a frequent speaker on community association finances, accounting, and best practices. She serves a variety of clientele throughout the southeast. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accountancy) from Auburn University, she began her professional career in the tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Elizabeth is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia and is an active member of the Community Associations Institute of Georgia.
J. Ryan Alford, CPA, CFE
J. Ryan Alford is a partner at Alford & Alford, Certified Public Accountants, PC specializing in attestation and tax services for Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) corporations. His clients include community associations in Georgia and Tennessee. J. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accountancy) from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. His professional career began with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP where he specialized in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and fraud investigation services. He also has extensive experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, and financial compliance in public, private, and nonprofit entities.
